circa WWII, standard shin-gunto officer quality mounts, cotton bound ray skin hilt with floral menuki, the 27in. blade with traces of hamon (re-polished with slight traces of pitting) and signatures to both sides of tang, in its original grey-green painted service scabbard with matching mounts (slight losses to finish)
