circa 1840, with 4in. octagonal twist sighted barrel signed 'TATHAM LONDON' and engraved with a band at the muzzle, border and scroll engraved action retaining traces of faded case-hardened finish, folding trigger, chequered walnut butt, silver escutcheon and lion-mask butt-cap, iron belt-hook, and iron stirrup ramrod, London proof marks.
