A RARE AND FINE DELUXE 6.35mm SIX-SHOT SEMI-AUTOMATIC POCKET PISTOL, MODEL '9' serial no. 607856
circa 1930, with 2in sighted barrel, the slide etched 'WALTHER'S PATENT MOD. 9' together with a 'WALTHER' banner in a scroll background, the opposite side with 'WAFFENFABRIK WALTHER ZELLA-MEHLIS (THUR)' in a similar scroll surround, the frame with black hard-rubber chequered grips containing the 'Walther' banner to the base and blue enamelled medallions with the 'Walther 9' logo and the calibre respectively (slight losses to enamel on the calibre side), original magazine with 'Walther' banner (the whole in outstanding condition with only slight storage marks and surface corrosion), TOGETHER WITH its original green card carton with pink interior (edge splits and staining, hinge gone)
