mid-19th century, with 28in. rebrowned twist sighted barrels signed 'W. PRITCHARD & SON' on the rib, scroll engraved patent breeches (nipples missing) inlaid with two gold-lines and each with platinum plug, long border and scroll engraved tang, border and scroll engraved locks each signed 'W. PRITCHARD & SON', figured walnut half-stock with chequered grip, border and scroll engraved iron mounts including trigger-plate with pineapple finial, silver barrel-bolt escutcheons, and associated ramrod with worm (one ramrod-pipe missing, the other loose, iron parts discoloured throughout), Birmingham proof marks.
