with 26 1/2in. sighted octagonal barrel (some oxidisation and rear sight missing), the breech with fern scrollwork, platinum plug and two gold inlaid lines, border and fern scrollwork to tang and lock, the latter signed 'J. EVANS', the hammer decorated en-suite, figured replacement half-stock with chequered grip, plain escutcheon and sling mount, iron mounts with spurred butt-plate, brass mounted ramrod, (some scattered corrosion overall).
