33 1/2in. sighted twist barrel with engraved sunburst to breech end, the breech with single inlaid platinum line, the tang, back-action lock and trigger guard with border and scroll engraving, the lock signed 'WALLACE & CO.', pineapple finial, iron mounts including butt-plate with scroll engraving to spur, highly figured half-stock with chequered grip, silvered barrel-bolt escutcheons and later brass-tipped ramrod.
