LONDON.' wall-thicknesses well below recommended minimum, 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. true cyl. and 1/4 choke, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, patent gas checks, hand-detachable lockplates, gold-inlaid cocking-indicators, action and lockplates recently engraved with fine acanthus scrollwork surrounding game scenes of pointer, the underside with the protrait of a spaniel, retaining virtually full renewed colour-hardening and finish, 14 3/8in. figured stock including buttplate, weight 6lb. 5oz. We are kindly informed by the makers that this shotgun was completed 1926 for a Mr. Bond.
