A CASED PAIR OF 22-BORE FLINTLOCK DUELLING PISTOLS SIGNED M. DOD
late 18th century, with 12in round unsighted barrels, flat, border lined, banana-shaped locks with bevelled edges, stepped tails, bolts, rainproof pans and roller frizzens, walnut full-stocks with curved butts with flattened sides, brass furniture, pineapple finials, horn-tipped wooden rammers (one replaced), wood-work lightly distressed and iron-work brushed bright on both pistols, TOGETHER WITH a modern wooden case with green velvet lining and a selection of unassociated accessories.
