the first for a musket circa 1840 with provision for the 'Hanoverian' catch, 15 1/2in triangular blade (worn), socket marked '2' over '31' with its brown leather scabbard (chape missing), the second for a 'Pattern 53' rifle, 17in triangular blade, the elbow marked 'HB', the locket and scabbard frog stud marked 'LD2 468' (bayonet heavily cleaned, scabbard with chape missing), the third in fine order for the same rifle marked 'VB s 8. 41' in the same locations, complete with a 'Slade Wallace' pattern frog, the last for a 'Martini-Henry', with a 21 3/4in triangular blade also in fine order with minimal losses to finish, matching scabbard with light losses to leather.
