circa 1862, with 6in round, sighted barrel, plain cylinder, iron frame marked 'STARR ARMS CO NEW YORK' on the left hand side and 'STARR'S PATENT JAN 15 1856' on the right, walnut smooth grips with martial inspectors mark, the whole retaining a good amount of original finish
