A GOOD INDIAN BHUJ WITH CONCEALED PISTOL
circa 1840, 25 1/2in overall with an 8in clip point blade inlaid with yellow metal open scrolls, carved brass elephant's head at base of blade, cylindrical shaft with nielloed spiral decoration terminating in a turned ivory pommel, unusually concealing a primitive pistol instead of the more usual stiletto knife (minor losses to decoration, slight discolouration to blade)
