circa 1890, with 6in. blued barrel, nickel blade style foresight, the barrel rib stamped 'P WEBLEY & SON, LONDON & BIRMINGHAM' the top-strap engraved 'CHARLES LANCASTER, 151 NEW BOND ST LONDON' and marked 'WG ARMY MODEL' on the left hand side, blued cylinder and frame (stirrup screw replaced), black, chequered hard rubber grips (left hand grip chipped at base), the backstrap inscribed 'W. ROBERT. FORAN' (slight bulge in barrel throat, most original finish remaining) TOGETHER WITH a period leather full-flap holster (end-cap missing)
