28in. sleeved nitro barrels, 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. full choke in both, carved percussion fences, rebounding back-action island locks with dolphin hammers, fine border and acanthus scroll engraving, brushed bright and reblued finish overall, 14 3/8in. highly-figured stock with engraved steel heel and toe plates, weight 6lb. 10oz. We are kindly informed by the makers that this shotgun was completed 1871 for Sir A.E. Guinness.
