28 1/4in. nitro reproved replacement barrels (in 1962), rib engraved 'NEW BARRELS BY S.R. JEFFERY & SON. GUILDFORD.', 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. true cyl. and 3/4 choke, fluted fences with acanthus leaf engraving, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, removable striker discs, best fine acanthus scroll engraving, retaining very slight traces of original colour-hardening, minor chip at knuckle, 15 5/8in. boldly-figured stock including 3/4in. wooden extension, underhorns chipped, weight 6lb. 12oz.
