circa 1850, with 7in twist-steel re-browned smoothbore barrels, platinum plugs, scroll and shell engraved tang, the flat locks with border line and scroll engraving, signed 'HORSLEY, YORK', walnut three-quarter stock, chequered bag-shaped butt, nickel-silver oval at the wrist, iron trigger guard with scroll engraved bow, pineapple finial and original brass-mounted ebony ramrod
