SCHILLING IN SUHL' (some losses to inlay), scroll engraved breech, scroll engraved top-tang (tip cracked through), back-action locks with border-line and 'C' scroll engraving, finely scroll engraved, dolphin-headed hammers, the eyes picked out in gold, walnut half-stock, chequered at the wrist, exaggerated raised cheek-piece on the right hand side, engraved steel furniture, trigger guard with scrolled horn tang cover, sling-swivels and original brass mounted ramrod
