TWO .22 PRE-WAR SPRING-PISTON AIR-RIFLES, MODELS 'VI (E)' & 'II (E)', serial no's. 7 & 43,
the first date-coded for September 1938, with blued round 19in. barrel (missing fore-sight and rear-sight), the side of the barrel re-numbered 'WR844', the top of barrel stamped '5.5 m/m (.22)', loading tap at breech, plain air-chamber marked 'HAENEL MOD VI', trigger-block with 'Arrow' trademark, walnut saw-backed semi-pistol grip chequered butt-stock, provision for heel-plate (missing), push-button under-lever cocking arm, the second not date-coded but of similar date, black painted round 19in. break-open barrel, fore-sight loose, rear-sight with replacement elevating wheel, the top of the barrel stamped 'HAENEL MODEL', the underside of barrel stamped '5 1/2 M.M.', plain air-chamber marked 'HAENEL' (no trademark), walnut saw-backed semi-pistol grip chequered butt-stock (inlet repair at head) and iron heel-plate (some screws replaced)
