A .455 (CF) NICKEL-PLATED SIX-SHOT DOUBLE-ACTION REVOLVER, MODEL 'WILKINSON-PRYSE No.3', serial no. 6249,
circa 1890, with 6in. barrel signed 'WILKINSON & SON PALL MALL LONDON', the underside engraved with the initials 'A.C.', crescent fore-sight, push-through chequered cylinder removal button, fluted cylinder, twin 'Pryse' locking catches, one piece chequered walnut grip (numbered 7906 on base) and butt-cap with lanyard ring (retaining the majority of its original nickel finish throughout)
