A 50-BORE PERCUSSION POCKET PISTOL WITH SPRUNG BAYONET,
circa 1800, converted from flintlock, with round 2 1/2in. slightly swamped turn-off barrel, false rifling at the muzzle, plain border-lined boxlock action signed 'H. NOCK' on the left hand side and 'LONDON' on the right within ovals, top tang safety, slab-sided walnut butt, sliding trigger-guard releasing an under-barrel mounted triangular cross-section sprung bayonet, the whole cleaned throughout with some replacement screws
