A .177 UNDERLEVER AIR-RIFLE SIGNED BSA, MODEL 'STANDARD LADIES OR LIGHT PATTERN' serial no L33556 circa 1935, with 17in. barrel (crude replacement sights), plain air cylinder, three hole trigger group, saw-grip pistol-gripped butt with pressed chequering and raised 'BSA' lettering, retailers mark of 'CHAMBERLAIN, SALISBURY' pressed into the top of saw-grip, stock length of 14 1/4in. impressed into underside of stock and stamped trigger-guard, the whole retaining much original finish
