with 'rod in hand' trademark, enclosed oval and straightline logo, full-length brass foot (an historic replacement), 1905 early caliper check, strap-over rim tension control with turk's head locking nut, ivorine handle (possible replacement), dished spool with plated retaining nut, the whole retaining much original finish.
