dated for 1810, with iron finely etched damascus two-stage barrel banded at the muzzle and breech, border and scroll engraved top-tang, plain border-lined military-style lock with the East India Company rampant lion device forwards of the hammer, dated at the tail, walnut full-stock chequered at the wrist, scroll engraved iron furniture, pineapple finial, plain ramrod pipes (ramrod missing) and border line engraved fore-end cap finishing flush with the muzzle
