dated '3,79', with octagonal 6in. barrel (bulged and burst approximately 1 3/8in. from breech), dove-tailed block and blade fore-sight, sighting notch to top-strap, two-piece frame, plain six-shot cylinder with matching number, 'Adams Patent' and 'AJ' monogram trade mark to frame together with a 'WD' mark over 'III', hinged loading gate, chequered one-piece walnut grip, iron pommel-cap marked '5.1879' and 'T.7' over '13' (lanyard ring missing), separate half back-strap and captive under-barrel ejector rod, no finish, hammer screw damaged, COMPLETE WITH a modified full-flap leather holster.
