circa 1914, with 5in. barrel, blued sighted slide, the left hand side with patent dates and manufacturers address, the right hand side with calibre and model designation, blued frame with the London Armoury 'JJ' mark, smooth mainspring housing, correct pattern chequered walnut grips, two-tone finished magazine, the whole being an older refinish with a good proportion remaining
