W.', and gold-inlaid '2', 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. true cyl. and imp. cyl. choke, toplever gold-inlaid '2', automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, gold-inlaid cocking-indicators, rolled-edge triggerguard, best fine bouquet and scroll engraving, retaining slight traces of original colour-hardening, 15in. well-figured stock, weight 6lb. 11oz., in a leather hammergun case with Mcririck trade label
Provenance: The makers have kindly informed us that this shotgun was ordered as no.2 of a pair with 29in. barrels in October 1925 for E.E. Turner of Shipston Manor, Gloucestershire.
