A PAIR OF 38-BORE FLINTLOCK BOXLOCK POCKET-PISTOLS, no visible serial numbers,
circa 1800, with turn-off round 1 1/2in. barrels (frozen), London proofs, square-sided boxlock actions engraved with borders and signed 'WILLIAMS' on the left hand side and 'LONDON' on the right, sliding safes with pan-locks to the top-tangs, plain walnut slab-sided butts with monogrammed silver oval escutcheons and folding concealed triggers (both pistols stained with some replacement and damaged screws)
