serial number on under rib only, 30in. nitro reproved bold damascus barrels, rib (slightly loose) engraved 'JAS. SQUIRES. 14 NEWCASTLE STREET. LONDON. E.', 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. imp. cyl. and 1/4 choke, Jones patent rotary underlever, carved percussion fences, rebounding sidelocks, fine border and acanthus scroll engraving, retaining slight traces of original colour-hardening, 13 3/4in. well-figured stock including horn buttplate, weight 6lb. 11oz.
