attributed to the Cobham Yeomanry Cavalry circa 1800, with re-browned round 28in. barrel, muzzle recessed for the last 3 1/2in., bead fore-sight, standing notch rear-sight, the top of breech marked 'LONDON No 10' (refreshed), borderline engraved curved and radiused lock signed 'H NOCK', walnut full-stock with brass furniture, the trigger-guard bow engraved 'C' over 'Y.C.', straight iron saddle-ring bar fixed to the left hand side, two substantial brass ramrod thimbles and brass-tipped iron ramrod
