Indo-Pakistan, circa 1820, with strongly tapering 35 1/2in. etched iron barrel with fluted and banded trumpet muzzle, large bead fore-sight, standing notch horned rear-sight, brass reinforcing sideplates with floral-headed fixing screws and small circular punched decoration around the borders filled with red paint, brass inlaid block behind the standing breech decorated en-suite with further bone inlaid enhancements, full-stocked diamond cross-section sind-style butt with brass butt-cap, the whole decorated en-suite , the exposed wood inlaid with carved coloured bone panels, carved trigger, touch-hole pricker attached by a chain to the right-hand side, four rattan barrel-bands, iron crescent sling-swivel and original iron ramrod
