A RARE 9mm (PARA) SEMI-AUTOMATIC SERVICE PISTOL, 'MODEL 1908 NAVY LUGER' serial no. 1211,
circa 1908, with 6in. blued sighted barrel, sliding adjustable rear-sight to toggle-action marked to 200m, receiver with German Naval acceptance marks, chequered wood grips, the back-strap cut for a shoulder-stock and complete with its correct Naval-type wood-based magazine, all matching numbers except un-numbered magazine, the whole with much original but lightly frosted blue and fair traces of original straw finish (additional registration number under barrel)
