27in. nitro reproved barrels, the rib engraved 'JOHN DICKSON & SON, EDINBURGH (INCORPORATING MORTIMER & SON.', 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. imp. cyl. and 1/4 choke, automatic safety, fine bouquet and scroll engraving, retaining very slight traces of original colour-hardening and finish, 15in. stock including 1/2in. ebonite extension, weight 6lb. 4oz.
Provenance: The makers have kindly informed us that this shotgun was completed August 1943 with 27in. barrels.
