A PAIR OF 18-BORE MIQUELET-LOCK BRASS-MOUNTED MEDITERRANEAN RAT-TAILED PISTOLS,
Albanian, circa 1800, with round iron 14in. barrels (cleaned), partial carved top-ribs with false signatures, arabesques carved to breech-ends, iron locks with carved and engraved bridges, squared scroll engraved hammers and vertically grooved frizzen-faces (one lock missing tail-cover), scroll engraved brass full-stocks with additional white-metal decoration at wrists, brass scroll-engraved nose-caps and iron under-barrel ramrods (one a working replacement)
