circa 1740, with two-stage 10 3/4in. iron barrel banded at the transition, the top-flat signed within a silver oval 'GARRETT LONDON', scroll engraved breech-end and top-tang, flat, curved florally engraved lockplate and hammer, the lockplate signed 'GARRETT' within an engraved oval, unbridled frizzen, walnut hand-rail style full-stock with 'Durs-Egg' style chequering at the wrist, engraved brass furniture including sculpted side-plate, acorn finial, and bone-tipped wooden ramrod
