circa 1845, with re-browned 30in. damascus barrels spuriously signed on the top-rib 'WESTLEY RICHARDS', dove-tailed blade fore-sight, standing notch rear-sight with three flush-folding additional blades, engraved breech-end with platinum plugs, borderline and scroll engraved re-coloured top-tang, borderline and scroll engraved re-coloured unsigned bar-action locks, sliding safes forwards of the hammers, chequered walnut half-stock, iron furniture and brass-tipped mahogany ramrod TOGETHER WITH a period mahogany storage case, compartmented and lined in green baize (some compartments loose or altered for this arm), reproduction trade label to inside of lid and complete with a later Dixon rifle flask, a nipple-key, ball mould, loading mallet, cap-tin and other sundry items
