for between 1911 and 1915, with blued 5 1/2in. barrel, blued receiver with polished bolt, rear-sight graduated to 1000 metres, new-style safety, hammer serial-numbered but not marked with the new safety mark, milled frame and walnut bag-shaped grips with 32 (one partial) horizontal grooves TOGETHER WITH a later walnut shoulder-stock holster serial numbered 851994 (for 1932), embossed with the 'Mauser' trademark and stamped with World War Two military acceptance marks complete with a leather harness marked 'INDUSTRIEGRUPPE STUTTGART 1918'
