LATE 1950S 28 PAGE BROCHURE FOR WEST LONDON SHOOTING GROUNDS, Northolt, Middlesex has eight beautiful sketches by the artist Peter Scott. The telephone number WAXlow 1377 has been deleted in favour of VIKing 1377. Relevant, detailed topics are covered in the brochure. Richmond Watson founded West London Shooting Grounds in 1901 and in 1904, when times were hard, he borrowed £250 from Joseph Lang & Son and had difficulty paying it back! Readers will notice that the sketch of the route from London is motorwayless. Few brochures survive in tact because Peter Scott's sketches were cut out and framed.
