serial number on under rib only, 30in. nitro reproved damascus barrels, rib engraved 'A. HOMER. BIRMm', 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. imp. cyl. and true cyl. choke, Thomas patent action, patent no. 324 of February 4th, 1870, carved percussion fences, non-rebounding sidelocks with dolphin hammers of percussion type, fine border and scroll engraving, the underside with 'A.H.' trade mark, brushed bright and reblued finish overall, 14 5/8in. boldly-figured stock with engraved steel heel and toe plates, weight 7lb. 3oz.
