Continental circa 1800, with round 3in. barrels, starred muzzles with false rifling, squared boxlock action with borderline and floral engraving, tap-lever to left hand side, central hammer (top-jaw plate missing), sliding safe to the top-tang bolting the frizzen, chequered walnut slab butt with shell-carved panels, stained throughout
