23 1/2in. nitro barrel, matt rib engraved 'WAFFEN DSCHULNIGG - SALZBURG' and with open rear-sight and bead fore-sight, fitted with a Swarovski-Optik Habicht 6 telescopic sight in quick-detachable mounts at the breech end, action incorporating Franz Jaeger 1906 patent 'kippblockverschluss' sprung breechblock, manual safety, set triggers, barrel selector switch with gold-inlaid 'KL' and 'K' detail, the action carved with acanthus scroll on a matt background, the decorative sideplates with scenes of deer in a woodland setting on the right, the left with a barking stag with a doe in attendance in a woodland setting, with the barrel selector switch carved with arborescent form and mounted on the trunk of a tree, the underside carved with a stag in velvet, matt silver finish, 14 1/2in. hogsback pistolgrip stock with pistolgrip-cap, sculpted cheekpiece, woven leather sling, including 1/2in. rubber recoil pad, schnabel fore-end, weight 7lb. 14oz.
