circa 1795, with octagonal slightly swamped 9in. barrel signed 'LONDON' together with a Southern Irish registration number on the top-flat, bead fore-sight, engraved top-tang, flat bevel-edged border-engraved lockplate signed 'H. Nock', engraved hammer, semi rain-proof pan, roller bearing to the frizzen-spring, walnut full-stock with chequered bag-shaped butt, white-metal engraved cap to the pommel, iron trigger-guard, pineapple finial and horn-tipped ramrod
