TIDD, WOBURN, MASS', the right hand side flat stamped 'COOK & MUZZY' (lightly stamped, possibly 'Cock'), engraved band at muzzle, drift adjustable tunnel fore-sight with wire post, no provision for rear-sight, permanent pillar adjustable aperture sight to the top-tang, plain curved and radiused boxlock side-hammer action with removable side-plate on the left, walnut straight-hand butt-stock with bevel-edged brass crescent heel-plate, brass trigger-guard tang with finger-spur, four plain iron under-barrel ramrod thimbles and replacement wood rammer
