A 7.63mm SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOL SIGNED MAUSER, MODEL 'C96' WARTIME COMMERCIAL, serial no. 287052, for between 1915 and 1921, with 5 1/2in. barrel, short extractor, rear-sight calibrated from 50 to 1,000 metres, thirty-four groove wooden grips, and retaining some traces of original finish (magazine lifting-plate and spring missing).
