A CUT-STEEL EUROPEAN COURT-SWORD,
probably English or French circa 1830, with concave triangular 31in. blade, etched on all faces for the first half of the blade with running scrolls and foliage, turned down steel 'shell' guard decorated with incised stars, small pas d'ane, engraved 'D' shaped knuckle-bow, faceted grip-piece en-suite with the guard and faceted urn pommel, TOGETHER WITH its black patent leather scabbard (crazed, fragile) with decorated iron fittings
