A .442 FIVE-SHOT DOUBLE-ACTION REVOLVER, UNSIGNED, MODEL 'BRITISH BULLDOG', serial no. 6,
made in Belgium circa 1880, with ovoid 2 1/2in. barrel with applied crescent fore-sight, the top-strap with sighting groove and marked 'BRITISH BULLDOG', fluted cylinder, solid frame with loading gate on right hand side and chequered rosewood birdshead grip (trigger return spring at fault)
