A 54-BORE PRE-CHARGED PNEUMATIC WALKING-STICK GUN WITH .25 RIFLED INSERT, no visible serial number,
circa 1880, of straight form with 18 7/8in. barrel section, removable rifled insert (possible later addition), brass nose-cap with attached ramrod, 17in. air-chamber including horn pommel, the surround of valve mechanism engraved 'T. BLAND & SONS, 106 STRAND, LONDON', aperture for key cocking (key missing), concealed button trigger and diminutive open-sights, the whole re-enamelled in black
