circa 1815, with tapering 7 1/2in. plain, round iron barrel, solid top-tang, slightly curved lock engraved with 'MLE IMP AL DE TULLE, heavy military hammer (top jaw and screw replaced), brass pan, walnut half-stock with iron back-strap and brass furniture, heavy brass barrel band and replaced iron rammer
