30in. nitro reproved barrels with raised matt rib, tubes engraved 'CHARLES HELLIS & SONS LTD. 121-3 EDGEWARE RD. LONDON. ENGLAND.', 3in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and 1/2 choke, large action with carved standing breech, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, acanthus scroll engraving with floral bouquets, retaining traces of original colour-hardening, 15 1/2in. stock including 7/8in. rubber recoil pad, fore-end wood chipped to underside, weight 8lb. 3oz.
