A 6.35mm (.25 ACP) FIVE-SHOT VEST REVOLVER SIGNED 'D.D. OURY', MODEL 'LE NOVO', serial no. 6410,
designed by C.F. Galand of Paris and manufactured in Belgium circa 1900 with a 1 1/4in. barrel, flat sighting plane with crescent fore-sight, plain frame with the lever release for the detachable barrel on the right-hand side, cylinder with blind flute, hammerless action, brass folding grip embossed with scrolls and the word 'NOVO', folding trigger, the whole retaining much original nickel-plated finish
