A SCARCE .177 NICKEL-PLATED LEVER-COCKING SPRING-PISTON AIR PISTOL, MODEL 'HIGHEST POSSIBLE FIRST ISSUE', serial no. 26,
circa 1907, 1st model with scarce 10in. rifled barrel, beaded blade fore-sight, dove-tailed standing notch rear-sight, the air chamber stamped "WESTLEY RICHARDS HIGHEST POSSIBLE AIR PISTOL" patent No 24837 with date 1907 stamped on left side of the solid frame, smooth horn grips with WR logo, plating worn, mainly to left hand side
