circa 1880, with re-blued round 2 1/2in. barrel signed 'COLT', the underside with small additional South African registration number 'T9346', plain nickel-plated frame retaining virtually all its original nickel plate, rosewood birdshead grips, the heel with further number '1200', blued hammer and sheathed trigger
